Timothy Ferriss is an American businessman and investor, who in 2007 reached the first position among the best-selling books of the New York Times and the The Wall Street Journal.

In this book, Timothy Ferriss talks about his journey since decided to create his own company, and the processes which enabled him to generate revenue on auto-pilot, to live the life he always dreamed of.

Although the book carries several controversial aspects, the main idea of this literary work is that we don’t need work hard for our whole lives. He believes that we were not born just to pay bills and die.

“The 4-Hour Workweek,” suggests practical principles to help us to leave our comfort zones, and life a more balanced life, working less and producing more.

Timothy Ferris also talks about the Pareto Principle, stating that 80% of our results are related to 20% of our efforts. Hence the importance of managing key tasks efficiently, as they have greater returns.
